Skirt! Scene is a community-based, user-contributed multimedia site. The site has two main sections, "Our Scene" and "Your Scene".
"Our Scene" features photos taken by the site's staff at events throughout the community. These pictures are uploaded into an event gallery created by the site staff.
"Your Scene" photos are user-contributed and grouped by galleries. Registered users are free to create galleries and upload photos into their galleries.
